What is EP ?
Exercise physiology is the scientific study of how the human body responds to and adapts to physical exercise and physical activity. It explores the physiological changes that occur in various body systems, such as the cardiovascular, respiratory, and muscular systems, during exercise. Exercise physiologists use this knowledge to develop and implement safe and effective exercise programs for a variety of individuals, including those with chronic conditions, injuries, or those seeking to improve their overall health and fitness
